Cancellation notifications received 5 full business days prior to the first day of class will be refunded the class fees less any processing fees. Cancellation notices of less than 5 full business days are responsible for the full tuition. However, you may send someone in your place. If we are forced to cancel a course for any reason, SoftSource's liability is limited to the return of the paid registration fee.
